Who is Red Rock Directory designed for?

Our platform is built for international businesses — particularly from Europe, North America, South Asia, and East Asia — that are targeting Qatar as a market. This includes IT vendors, professional services firms, consultancies, tech companies, and any organization looking to build commercial relationships in Qatar.

How is the Qatar business directory different from a generic database?

Unlike generic global databases, our directory is exclusively focused on Qatar. Every record is manually verified, cross-referenced against official Qatar Chamber of Commerce registrations, and updated on a rolling quarterly basis. How accurate is the business data in your directory?

We guarantee a minimum 90% data accuracy rate across all records. Each entry is verified through a combination of direct outreach, LinkedIn cross-referencing, official Qatar company registries, and our own calling team. Our data operations team runs continuous quality checks and flags records for re-verification whenever accuracy signals degrade.

How often is the directory data updated?

Our directory is updated on a rolling basis. Core records (contact details, company status) are refreshed quarterly at minimum. High-demand records in fast-moving sectors (IT, construction, finance) are refreshed monthly. If you find an outdated record, we will correct it within 5 business days or provide a replacement contact free of charge.

How long do I have access to directory data after subscribing?

Your directory access is active for the full duration of your subscription. Any contacts you export or save to your account during your subscription remain yours to use even if you cancel. However, you will lose access to the live directory and future updates upon cancellation. We recommend exporting your key lists before your subscription ends.

Is the data compliant with GDPR and Qatar privacy laws?

Yes. Our database consists exclusively of business contact information (professional emails, company phone numbers, and job titles) gathered through legitimate B2B channels. We do not collect or store personal consumer data. Our data practices comply with GDPR for EU-based clients and align with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).

What marketing services do you offer?

Each service can be purchased individually or as part of a subscription plan.

Can I use your services without subscribing to the directory?

Yes. Our marketing services (web design, PR, social media, etc.) can be purchased as standalone engagements. However, most outreach services (email campaigns, WhatsApp, outbound calls) work best when powered by our directory data. We recommend combining both for maximum impact. How long does it take to see results from your campaigns?

Results vary by service. Email and WhatsApp campaigns typically generate responses within 48–72 hours of send. Outbound call campaigns can produce qualified leads within the first week. PR and social media are longer-term plays — expect meaningful brand awareness growth within 60–90 days. We set clear, realistic expectations during onboarding and report on KPIs weekly or monthly depending on the service.

Do you offer Arabic-language marketing materials?

Yes. All our campaign services include bilingual Arabic and English delivery as standard. Our content team includes native Arabic copywriters familiar with Gulf business culture, formality norms, and regional idioms. We do not use machine translation — all Arabic content is human-written and reviewed.

IT Solutions

What are your IT Solutions products?

We offer three proprietary software platforms: our WhatsApp Business Platform (for broadcast messaging and contact management at scale), our CRM Platform (a Qatar-localized CRM with built-in Arabic support and local integrations), and our Legal Organizer (a document and contract management tool built for professional services firms operating in Qatar). Each is available as a standalone SaaS subscription.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For enterprise and Premium clients, we also offer bank transfer and invoice-based billing with net-30 payment terms. Contact our team if you require a specific billing arrangement.

Do you offer refunds?

We stand behind the quality of our data and services. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. For ongoing subscriptions, we address dissatisfaction through service credits and plan adjustments. We also honour our Directory Accuracy Guarantee: if you find a more complete and accurate Qatar directory than ours, we will refund your purchase.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly plans. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled at any time; any remaining months are refunded on a pro-rata basis minus any discounts applied for the annual commitment.

What does onboarding look like when I sign up?

All subscribers receive a 45-minute onboarding call with a Qatar market specialist within 3 business days of signing up. During this call, we review your target market, ICP, current outreach strategy, and set up your account filters and campaign preferences. Professional and Premium subscribers receive a more in-depth strategy session and are assigned a dedicated account manager from day one.

What support channels are available?

Starter plan subscribers receive email support with a 48-hour response SLA. Professional subscribers get priority email and live chat support with a 24-hour SLA. Premium and Custom subscribers have direct access to their account manager via phone, WhatsApp, and email, with same-business-day response guaranteed. All plans have access to our comprehensive knowledge base and video tutorial library.

Do you provide lead time estimates before starting campaigns?

Yes. We provide a detailed campaign timeline before every engagement begins. Email and WhatsApp campaigns are typically ready to launch within 5–7 business days of brief submission. Outbound call campaigns take 7–10 business days to set up (script writing, agent training, list preparation). Web design projects are scoped individually and given a milestone-based timeline before work begins.

Are your blog articles and market insights regularly updated?

Yes. Our editorial team publishes new articles on Qatar market trends, sector analyses, and marketing strategy guides at least twice per week. All articles are dated and reviewed for accuracy on an ongoing basis. If you find an article that contains outdated information, you can report it directly from the article page and our team will review and update it within 5 business days.
