WhatsApp API setup in Qatar, done for you
Getting a number onto the WhatsApp Business Platform is an approval process, not an installation. Red Rock runs it end to end: business verification with Meta, number registration, display name approval and the first message templates.
What Meta actually asks for
A verified business, a number that is not already on the consumer WhatsApp app, a display name that matches the business, and message templates submitted for review before you can start a conversation. Each of those is a place an application stalls, and each is one we handle rather than hand back to you as a task list.
The number question
A number registered on the Business Platform cannot also be used in the ordinary WhatsApp app, which is the single most common reason a setup has to be restarted. If your current line is already in use we arrange a new one; if it is free, we migrate it.
Templates, and why they are reviewed
Any message you send to somebody who has not written to you in the last 24 hours has to use a template Meta has approved. We write them in Arabic and English, submit them, and rework anything that comes back rejected.
What you get at the end
A working business number under your own name, approved templates ready to send, and an account you own rather than rent. If you later move providers, the number and the verification go with you.
Questions we are asked
How long does WhatsApp Business API approval take in Qatar?
Most of the wait is Meta's review rather than our work. Business verification and template review each take their own time, and we submit both as early as possible rather than in sequence.
Can I keep using my existing WhatsApp number?
Only if it is not active on the ordinary WhatsApp app. A number cannot be on both at once, so an in-use line has to be freed first or replaced.
Do I own the WhatsApp Business account or does Red Rock?
You do. It is registered to your business, and the number and verification move with you if you ever change providers.
What is a message template and why do I need one?
It is a pre-approved message format. Meta requires one for any message sent outside the 24-hour window after a customer last wrote to you.
